Litter Picking

While observing from our windows, the Big Bumbles were very concerned to see so much rubbish had blown into the car park in the recent winds. We decided to organise a litter pick to set this right. We discussed the health and safety aspects of the activity first, deciding to wear high visibility vests and use specialist graspers and bag holders. The children involved really enjoyed their expedition and were very proud they had helped their community. What great citizens our children are becoming while learning about caring for our environment and getting a physical workout!
